Application for Membership of NO MORE BUTTS LTD (the "Company")
I wish to apply to become a member of the Company. I support the charitable purpose of the Company as follows:
(a) the protection and enhancement of the natural environment or of a significant aspect of the natural environment;
(b) the education of Australian and international communities of the environmental impacts of tobacco product litter and waste and to promote further research to ensure more sustainability, better tourism and a better environment; and
(c) To establish and maintain a public fund to be called the NO MORE BUTTS PUBLIC FUND (the fund) for the specific purpose of supporting the environmental objects/purposes of the company
If my application is approved, I agree to comply with the company’s constitution and any applicable by-laws. I agree to contribute $10, which may be used to guarantee the debts of the Company if the Company is wound up while I am a member, and/or for a period of up to 12 months after my membership ends.
